Maintenance Request Instructions

To report a maintenance issue, please download and complete our Maintenance Request Form. Once filled out, you may submit the form to our office in person, by email, or by mail.

Emergency Maintenance

If this is a maintenance emergency that requires immediate attention, please call 936.632.2222.
If this is a life-threatening emergency, dial 911 immediately.

Tenant Responsibility Disclaimer

Please note: Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In these cases, we will proceed with the necessary repairs, but you will be billed for the full cost of labor and materials. Any plumbing stoppages or other issues stemming from tenant misuse will also be charged to you.

Vendor Access Authorization

If you do not authorize us to release a key to the vendor, you will need to be available to grant the vendor access to your home at the scheduled time.
